Currently SYKZ has 4 gyms in India, 3 in Mumbai and 1 in Delhi. All these are privately owned. In future, SYKZ hopes to further strengthen its vision of becoming the most trusted name in “expert training” by expanding nation-wide through the franchising model. We hope to partner with like-minded people who share our vision, passion and commitment for helping people live a better quality of life, through proper exercise and healthy diet.

Each SYKZ has been personally designed by Mr. Nitin Gupta with his team of architects to make sure that every club looks unique and yet similar in terms of trying to create a feeling of positive energy combined with lounge-like ambience to make sure that members want to keep coming back each time for more as opposed to forcing themselves to for yet another hour of sweat and pain!

The idea behind SYKZ was to create a welcoming ambience that promotes healthy socializing among members so that they feel part of the club and yet be serious in our commitment to health by ensuring that SYKZ provides its members with the best gym equipment available in the world, a clean hygienic environment to workout in, and guidance from the best fitness counselors and trainers in the country to achieve their best!

Our trainers are CPR certified. All trainers undergo training on a monthly basis (through workshops) to make sure they keep themselves up-to-date with the latest happenings in the business of health and at the same time do not become complacent on the gym floor and forget their basics.

Apart from complete knowledge of their work, more importantly, fitness counselors, trainers and all support staff are required to be respectful, considerate and eager to teach members on the gym floor all that they need to know to successfully complete a safe, effective workout each time they come to the gym.
