1) Introduction:
	Brief about the gym: SYKZ has become the most sought after fitness address for many of Mumbai’s celebrities and glamour world. Their success lies in their corporate policy which clearly emphasizes that the same regimen (of weight training, cardio and nutrition) is followed uniformly in all our centers across the country. About Sykz and its four branches: Currently, SYKZ has 3 gyms across Mumbai and one in Delhi. All these are privately owned. In future, SYKZ hopes to expand its vision through the franchising route by partnering with like-minded people who have a passion and commitment for helping people live a better quality of life. In addition to the above, the company has successful network with major equipment manufactures in the US for delivery of top of the line products in India. Sykz is one of the few players in the fitness industry to have achieved success in such a short span of time. The company has initiated quality Management and has plans to get into ISO level of certifications. Being an established brand now, having standardized products and replicable systems, it plans on expanding through a franchising model in India, Asia and Middle East locations.

3) Sykz TOTAL FITNESS
	Minimum area required is 3500 - 5000 sq ft

5) Franchisee obligation –
	5.1) Premises and Location:
		Prime Area Maximum Visibility and frontage Terrace (Optional) Parking facility Lock in period of 9 yrs

	5.2) Investment:
		Investment Starts at – Rs 1.20 CR (based on minimum 3000 sq. ft. carpet area) and can Go up to Rs. 1.80 CR (based on a large format model) Investment includes the Franchise Fee and items covered in points (5.3 to 5.7) Franchising Fee – Rs. 10 lakh Monthly fee – Rs. 35,000/- from the date of opening

	5.8) Travel and accommodation
		All gyms outside Mumbai will be charged travel and accommodation for 2-3 persons from SYKZ for the initial visit and subsequent 2 visits in a year. Travel: Airfare to and fro Mumbai. Accommodation at a known 5 star hotel

	5.9) Property Deposit/Rent
		Incase of rented property, Franchisees will have to pay the initial deposit towards rent depending on the terms with their landlord. Franchisee will directly deal with the concerned property owner. Cost towards the same varies from area to area.

6) The Sykz Guarantee
	6.1) Commencement Stage
		The guarantee of SYKZ to its Franchisee would include:
		•	Sykz team of interior designers shall provide detailed diagrams and architectural standards and samples for the interiors of the Sykz Total Fitness / Sykz QuikFit
		•	Sykz team will visit the proposed premises to certify the location.
		•	Sykz will provide on-the-job training to the franchisee in one of their outlets for one week to explain the intricacies of the business viz.

		•	The franchisee would employ the staff evaluated and selected by Sykz; he will undergo the training from Sykz before he starts working with the franchisee. (Salary, travel and lodging to be paid by the franchisee).
		•	Franchisees will be supplied with Sykz merchandise (artwork only) to be used as a promotional material to be used in the gym.
		•	All franchisees will be provided with Customer Service Training manuals for Senior Management, Trainers, Customer Support Executives and Housekeeping.

	6.2) Franchisee Support
		•	Sykz executives will visit the franchisee on a regular basis for consulting the franchisee on the regular operations of the store.
		•	Sykz manager will visit all franchisees outside Mumbai once every 4 months, all costs towards, airfare (if outside Mumbai), travel and lodgings of the representative will be paid by the franchisee.
		•	Sykz H.O will transfer all orders to the franchisee, which would be standard across all franchisees
		•	Sykz has an eCommerce Website wherein customers / franchisee can send their feedback, suggestions and interact with the H.O directly. Members can get their diets online and make payment through our secure payment gateway (under construction).
		•	Sykz will provide integrated Management Software to the franchisee.
		•	Sykz team from the head office will assist the Franchisee in marketing and planning strategy of Sykz store.

7) Projected Returns to the Franchisee:
	SYKZ targets a realistic 20% return on investment.
